Who I Am
As an end of life doula I am honored to be able to guide people through life’s most sacred transition. It is important to me that people who are thinking about the end of their life have an opportunity to reflect, grieve, celebrate or just sit with their emotions without being told how to feel or what to do. I approach death and end of life care holistically. My role is also to act as an advocate for the person who is learning about or processing their death as well as their loved ones. My support extends from the moment we begin to prepare for what is to come, throughout the process and after the death has occurred.
I offer a variety of support services personalized for each client. Depending on what you are looking for, I can be involved as much or as little as you need. Examples of services I provide include legacy work, planning, respite care, family support, explaining what to expect, advocating for the clients wishes, vigil and coping with grief. I serve the Lakes Region, but will travel or provide virtual services whenever feasible.
